Random Racks Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in warehouse storage racks, logistics equipment and material handling solutions. Our factory was founded in 2004, and our own brand was registered in 2012. Today we operate as a large-scale racking manufacturer with in-house design, roll-forming, welding and powder-coating lines.
Because we control the full process — from steel coil to finished upright — overseas buyers get consistent quality, traceable materials and realistic lead times. Our engineers work from your floor plan, pallet dimensions and forklift data to deliver safe, code-conscious layouts.
In-house manufacturing since 2004.
Verified load capacity you can document.
Layouts and load calculations at no cost.
Custom sizes, colors and private branding.
Inspect finish and gauge before ordering.
Storage density, inventory rotation and pallet selectivity pull in different directions. Use this engineer-prepared comparison to shortlist systems before requesting a layout.
| Racking System | Best For | Storage Density | Inventory Flow | Pallet Selectivity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Selective Pallet Racking | Mixed SKUs, frequent picking, general warehouses | Standard | Any (FIFO / LIFO) | 100% |
| Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking | High-bay buildings with many SKUs | High | Any (FIFO / LIFO) | 100% |
| Drive-In / Drive-Thru Rack | Large batches of few SKUs, cold storage | Very High | LIFO (FIFO with drive-thru) | Low |
| Push Back Rack | 2–5 pallets per SKU, faster access than drive-in | High | LIFO | Medium |
| Gravity / Pallet Flow Rack | Perishables, date-coded goods, beverage | High | Strict FIFO | Medium |
| Radio Shuttle Rack | High throughput dense storage, deep lanes | Very High | FIFO or LIFO | Medium |
| Mobile Rack | Slow-moving goods where space is costly | Very High | Any | 100% (one aisle at a time) |
| Cantilever Rack | Long loads: pipe, timber, steel bars | Standard | Any | 100% |
| Automated Racking (AS/RS) | 24/7 operations, labor-saving, high bays | Very High | WMS controlled | 100% (automated) |
Final capacity depends on floor slab, clear height, sprinkler layout and local codes. Our engineers verify each design before production.
A transparent five-step workflow refined over hundreds of export projects.
Share floor plan, clear height, pallet size, unit load and truck type.
Engineers prepare layout, load calculations and a detailed bill of materials.
Roll-forming, welding and powder coating with dimensional and coating checks.
Protected bundles labeled by component, loaded to maximize container space.
Assembly drawings, video guidance and on-site supervision on request.
Each sector has its own load profile, hygiene and rotation rules. We design accordingly.
Straight answers from our engineering and export team.
Yes. Send your floor plan, clear height, pallet size, unit load weight and forklift type. Our engineers return a free 3D/CAD layout with load calculations and a bill of materials before production starts.
Our longspan shelving is designed to AS4084 requirements, and pallet racking structures can be engineered with reference to EN 15512, FEM and RMI design guidelines depending on your destination market. Third-party load test reports are available.
Drive-in racking suits large volumes of few SKUs with LIFO rotation, push back racking suits 2 to 5 pallets deep per SKU with faster access, and pallet flow (gravity) racking is ideal when strict FIFO rotation is required, such as food and cold chain storage.
Standard projects typically ship within 15 to 30 days after drawing approval. Large or automated projects are scheduled individually and confirmed in the project plan.
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing with custom colors, sizes and branding, plus installation drawings, assembly guidance and on-site supervision for qualified projects.
Tell us about your space and goods. You will receive a practical layout recommendation from a team that has been building racking since 2004.
