Gravity Auto Flow Rack
Automated gravity conveyor track structure designed for continuous pallet replenishment along production and staging lanes.
Random Racks Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures industrial gravity flow racking systems engineered for high-density, First-In First-Out (FIFO) pallet movement. By utilizing gravity-fed roller beds, our systems maximize storage capacity while reducing material handling costs.
Gravity rack systems (also known as live pallet racking or dynamic flow racking) evolve from heavy-duty selective pallet frames. Operating without electrical power, pallets are loaded from the higher loading end (charge side) and glide smoothly on inclined wheel or roller beds down to the lower picking end (discharge side).
Our gravity flow systems integrate advanced speed controller brake rollers, automatic pallet separation mechanisms, and heavy-duty steel safety end stops. This structural configuration prevents back-pressure on the front pallet, allowing forklift operators to pick loads safely and efficiently.
Explore custom engineered gravity racking configurations certified to international standards AS4084, FEM 10.2.02, and EN 15512.

Gravity racking utilizes inclined roller tracks set at a 3-5% slope. Pallets are loaded from the higher end (charge side) and glide safely by gravitational force down to the picking end (discharge side), delivering strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation.
Our gravity flow racks are equipped with speed control brake rollers to regulate pallet descent velocity, automatic pallet separators to prevent line pressure at the picking face, and end-stop safety barriers.
Yes. We supply hot-dip galvanized or specialized powder-coated steel gravity racks equipped with low-temperature synthetic lubricants inside rollers, designed to operate smoothly in cold rooms down to -30°C.
All gravity racking systems engineered by Random Racks Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. comply with AS4084, FEM 10.2.02, EN 15512, and RMI standard structural guidelines.
